Breathwork is an experience to help you release thoughts, beliefs, and traumas that no longer serve you. You will be guided with music using a three part breath technique. The goal is to help you restore balance in the body and remove blocked emotions. The deep breathing exercise helps to lower the stress hormone cortisol and increase serotonin (the happy hormone). 

What to expect

Expect to experience an emotional detox. Everyone’s experience is different. Some people cry, laugh, or enter a deep state of meditation. In some cases people experience tetany (lobster claws). This happens when your pushing the exhale too hard and not inhaling enough. If this happens its important to relax and focus more on the inhale.
